Help for Past Projects Archive

This page will provide information on how to use this site.

The site navigation bar has 6 tabs. They are:

• Home
This is the main page of the site. It shows a list of the years of projects that have been loaded onto the site:

• Projects
The projects page initially lists the project list as it is on the home page.
After clicking on a year the page will display all the available projects for that year in a table.
Eg.
You can select a different year using the links above. Clicking on a team will load the project page for that team.

The team page will display all the information for the selected Teams' project. It will list the folders for the project, i.e. Presentation, Design, Screenshots, Code and Teamwork.

Each category is listed in a table. The file type is indicated in the last column. Click on the link in the link column to download/open the file.

Images are shown with a small thumbnail. Clicking the thumbnail will open a larger version.
Code files (.c, .h, .cpp, .o .vb, .cs, .asm, etc) can be viewed with syntax highlighting by clicking on the icon.

• Search
This is a search page that can be used to find specific projects/files based on key words.*
Eg:

The file classifications are listed in the following table:

IMG	Image Files	.jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png
PDF	PDF Documents	.pdf
PPT	Powerpoint Presentations	.ppt, .pptx
VSD	Visio Documents	.vsd
DOC	Word Documents	.doc, .docx
ZIP	Zipped Arhives	.zip, .rar, .tar.gz, .tar.bz2, etc

* Searches are performed by a custom backend system that uses a pre-compiled index that the administrator needs to update when new content is added to the site.
