I've finally figured out Lyx graphics!
08 July 2009
So after struggling for a long time with different graphics formats
(silly me) I've finally figured that ".eps" is the right format for a
Lyx document.
It scales beautifully. Also if you set it to be wider than the "text
width" it doesn't CENTER nicely. So what I now do is check the "keep
aspect ratio box" then adjust the width using %WIDTH in graphics
settings. Use the paragraph alignment setting to set it to "CENTER"
justification and Bob's your uncle!
I haven't yet figured out the way with pictures. But I don't have any in my dissertation so I am okay for now.
Cheers
